Dear sir Thanks for your reply. However, it's been a month time after placing the order on 14 April 2017. Please DON'T use the same excuse of checking with operation department after one month of processing time. It is not professional at all. As you see from my screen capture, the payment had been confirmed by you guys since the day of purchase and it was confirmed to debit the same amount of money from my credit card by bank. What else I can do more to asssit you to proceed the order or actually you guys never have such "stock" as posted in your website just luring people paying you money and cheating around?? By this post, please give me an exact day of delivery or give me exact amount of refund to my credit card. I will further escalate if I don't see a reasonable reply by tomorrow.
